IT Support

Global CommunicationsRoute22 Limited provide IT support for individual PCs, right up to networks including multiple servers and tens of workstations. We can often provide support remotely over the Internet, meaning that there is no need for us to come out to you, minimising costs and making it possible to start dealing with your problem straight away.

Support can be organised as an ongoing contract or a completely ad hoc service. It can cover local and wide area networks, software or hardware issues, laptop repairs and virus and malware removal.

Remote Support

We use a range of tools to provide remote support. The exact combination will depend upon the clients specific needs and the nature of the relationship between us and our client.

In addition to remote desktop tools for reactively logging in and sharing your desktop in order to fix problems or show you how to do something, we use other remote access tools which enable pro-active support where we can often pre-empt problems before the user is affected or to carry out some remote support tasks while the user is still working on the PC.
